A New You!
Picture the scene. You’re sat there on your couch on an average Sunday morning. The cat is snuggled up next to you, the newspapers are arranged around you in a deliciously relaxed, open swirl.
You might have a pot of coffee brewing its delicious smells across your house, while your husband is out fixing up the garden, or finally getting around to mending that sloping shelf. In a word… bliss! Then the thought strikes you.
The room is looking a bit tired.
There’s not a great deal going on in the room. There’s still that red wine spill on the floor by the corner table. The carpet is matted a little by the runner, where the cat likes to stretch out and scratch.
(Seriously Leopold, you’re awesome, but this has got to stop.) You look around at the walls and they look okay still (a few marks here and there, but nothing a bit of soap and water wouldn’t fix.) And the furniture too, that’s all looking alright with the exception of the claw marks on the dresser. (That’s Leopold again!) All in all, the things themselves are okay — but somehow your room is lacking… something… Here’s where custom rugs come in!

Are You Gonna Be Driving An Electrical Car In The Foreseeable Future In Scotland?
February 26, 2012 on 3:00 pm | By Joe | In Scotland Travel | No Comments
The majority of people know next to nothing about electric cars, and it is still not easy to know how common they will ever become. It wasn’t that long ago that an electric car was only a distant possibility. You will find many benefits of having a system for building cars run totally by electricity. Many manufacturers have produced electric cars, and tested them and many consumers are excited about having them. The future are going to have electric cars, but must it be in only a couple of peoples garages or in everybody’s.
The earth must have the electric car as they are the safest and the greenest. If everyone was driving an electric car, air pollution would be, for all practical purposes, eliminated. The environment might possibly be cleaner for this generation, plus more so for the next. One wonders if people would know how to act if the air was actually clean. We require clean air for breathing and electric powered cars will supply that for us. Electric cars are generally much cheaper as opposed to fuel-powered ones. Tests have been performed to prove how much more cost effective an electric car is over a gas one.
An electric car will be able to be operated for one monthly expense of $30. With each and every fuel rise, the electric car is actually looking like a much better option. An electric car has significantly lower maintenance costs because oil changes, smog checks, and tune-ups are unnecessary. No doubt you’ve heard numerous complaints about the noise if you are living in a large city. A significant advantage of the electric car can be that it operates very quietly. If everyone had an electric car, you wouldn’t have to worry about someone starting up a car in the middle of the night and waking you up. Can you fathom what it would be like to see a busy street without any noise? Consider how much better people would sleep if they weren’t kept awake by traffic noise.
The main problem with electric powered cars is that at present they are able to only travel limited distances before they need to be charged. Charges currently only last for about 100 miles. Re-powering stations are located in some locations although the time required to fully charge an electric car is three hours. So, it isn’t a possibility for going on a long road trip. Watching the progress in the continuing growth of electric cars will probably be interesting. Technology is continually advancing so it only makes sense that it will do so in this area as well. Due to the fact all of us live on our planet, and are responsible for everything that happens here, everyone should do their part.
The one thing that all are able to do is consider the potential for using electric cars. Increasingly more people are searching for a way to economize, and also help the environment. It will not do well for long trips, but the electric car would be great for traveling around town. Discover scotland travel.
